Is every piece really one of a kind?
Yes. Nothing is made from molds or in batches. Once a piece sells — online or at a market — it's gone, and it moves to the Archive.
Are the pieces food, microwave, and dishwasher safe?
Unless a listing says otherwise, everything is high-fired stoneware with food-safe glazes, fine in the microwave and dishwasher. Hand washing keeps glazes brightest, and pieces marked decorative-only say so in the listing.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are packed carefully (a lot of paper, no styrofoam) and shipped within a few days. You pick the carrier service and see the live rate at checkout. US shipping only for now — reach out first for international.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Email a photo within 7 days and you'll get a full refund. Broken pottery can't be replaced — each piece was the only one — but you should never be out the money.
